Take a bowl add 2glass of water immerse tea bags in it now soak dey fruits in this cold tea warer for whole night .
Take a grinder , grind togeather cinnamon cloves cardmom and mix in ginger powder.and keep aside.
Preheat oven to 180℃
In a bowl take the flour , soice powder , baking powder and sift them for 2 times .
Beat egg in different bowl.
Mix egg in the flour mixture.
Add sugar
Add soaked dryfruits with out tea water .preserve tea water for later use.
Mix all ingredients well.
Mix whisky too
Now slowly add tea water to the mixture.
Check consistency.
Pour batter into a greased tin and bake at 180 for 60 minutes.
Check with skewer if cooked well.
Take it out for cooling .
After cooling wrap it with cling film for 10 to 12 hours. So that it soakup all flavours of tea , whisky and dryfuits well.
After 12 hours slice up and enjoy your tea cake .
