Take Butter and Oil in a bowl.
Add powdered sugar and blend them together well with a blender
Lets add Eggs now, vanilla essence and then milk and blend until all the ingredients mix well
Now lets add dry ingredients, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sieve them in the bowl of wet ingredients.
Mix both wet and dry ingredients using cut and fold method.
Batter is ready, now add dryfruits and pour the batter in the cake tin.
Now place the tin in the rice cooker bowl on the stove above stand and keep it on medium high flame for first 10 mins and later in sim for 40 mins.check the cake with toothpick.now cake is ready.
