Mix all dry ingredients .
In a bowl , add whole wheat flour , powdered sugar , baking powder , baking soda and mix it thoroughly .
Now pour apricot puree , oil , milk into it and mix it in one direction only by cut and fold method
The batter is ready
Grease a round silicon pan and pour this batter in this mould .
Preheat the oven at 180°C and place this mould in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Place 5 -6 apricots on the top before placing it for the baking .
Now after 30 minutes , we can check the check by inserting a tooth pick in the centre .when the tooth pick comes out clean , it means the cake is ready
Now remove the apricots from the cake..we will find pits from the place we have taken out the apricots.
In a pits add dehydrated crushed cranberries and fresh apricots cut horizontally from the top .
Place them according to the pits formed by the previously placed apricots . Insert tooth pick s or some thin sticks into the centre of apricots .
