Preheat oven @180C
Prepare cupcake pan with liners
Sieve dry ingredients together twice and keep aside. like flour salt, baking soda, milk powder and baking powder
In a bowl mix room temperature curd, milk, sugar vanilla essence and mix well
Melt butter and add to above wet mixture
Add dry ingredients with wet ingredients in 2 portions and mix gently
Silky smooth batter will be ready
I divided my batter in 2 parts and added Choco-chips in one part
I added funfetti in another part
Pour batter in the liners in muffin tray
Sprinkle choco-chips and funfetti on top and bake for 20 minutes
Give these to children for short recesses or school parties. best to carry for picnics.
