In a microwave safe bowl heat fresh cream and chopped chocolates with butter
Can also melt chocolates in a double boiler. Method: heat water in a vessel, only 1/4 full, place a wider bowl over this vessel, that does not touch the boiling water directly. Add cream and chopped chocolates and melt.
After chocolate has melted completely and has cooled down a little, add other ingredients directly into the chocolate mixture
Add sugar, milk powder, flour, cocoa powder and eggs
Preheat oven @180C.
In an oven tray spread walnuts and toast for 7 minutes in the preheating oven
Remove the walnuts, chop and add half of them into the above brownie batter and mix
Line a square 8×8 inch tray with parchment paper, paper should be a little bigger so that it is easy to remove the brownie after its baked.
Pour the batter in the tray and spread evenly. spread the remaining walnuts and bake
The brownies will be ready to relish in 18-20 minutes
They are ready in just 20 minutes. cool over a wire rack for 7 minutes
