Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1. ½ cup all purpose flour


  • 2. 1 tbsp baking powder


  • 3. 1 tsp baking soda


  • 4. ¼ cup milk


  • 5. 2 tbsp fresh malai


  • 6. ½ cup sugar


  • 7. For rabdi - 500 ml milk


  • 8. 20 gm milk powder


  • 9. 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 10. ¼ cup sugar


  • 11. 10 - 12 pcs ready-made jalebi


  • 12. 2 cup whipped cream


  • 13. 8 - 10 pistachios chopped


  • 14. 10 - 12 dry rose petals

Directions

  • In a bowl add milk, Malai and sugar powdered mix well.
  • Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda.
  • Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and beat well.
  • Grease the cake mould with butter.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
  • pour the batter into the greased cake mould and tap it.
  • Bake it for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • After 30 minutes our cake baked properly.
  • In a wok add 500 ml milk for Rabdi.
  • add milk powder and stir occasionally on medium flame until thick consistency.
  • Add sugar and cook for 5 min more.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well
  • Our Rabdi is ready now.
  • Cut the cake into 3 equal parts.
  • Beat the whipped cream with the help of beater.
  • take a 1 part of cake and spread Rabdi on it.
  • Now spread whipped cream evenly.
  • Repeat the same process two times more.
  • Cover the cake with whipped cream.
  • Now icing with star nozzle and make flowers on the top of cake.
  • Arrange jalebi on the top of cake.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios and dry rose petals.
  • Now our Jalebi rabdi cake is ready enjoy it.
