Preheat the oven to 375°F. Arrange two 8-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add in the butter as 3 to 4 batches(1-2 teaspoons at a time). Beat until the mixture resembles coarse sand, using an electric mixer set on low speed.
Add in the sugar as batches(1-2 tablespoon at a time). Beat until the mixture resembles fine damp sand. 5.Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each addition. 6.Add in the vanilla, milk and beat just until blended. Do not over-beat.
Divide the batter among the prepared pans and bake until a wooden skewer inserted in the center comes out clean for about 25 to 35 minutes.
Remove the pan from oven and cool for 5 minutes.
Remove the cake from pan and remove the parchment paper. Cool completely on a wire rack.
Frosting Preparation:In a bowl, whip the cream with confectioner's sugar and vanilla using an electric mixer set on medium-high speed. Keep it aside.
or ganache-Heat 200ml fresh cream and pour over the chopped white chocolate, do not stir it, keep it 2-3 min.after mix it well.
Allow it cool.Again heat fresh cream and pour over the chopped dark chocolate, do not stir it, keep it 2-3 min.after mix it well. Allow it cool
Sugar Syrup Preparation: In a bowl, mix together the hot water, sugar and vanilla until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Once the cake is cooled, level the cakes. If you need, remove the sides(brown parts) too.
