Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 pond chocolate sponge cake


  • syrup for soking spong-1/4 cup milk


  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder


  • 1 teaspoon sprig vanilla extract


  • for cream batter-2 tbsp-sprig salted caramel


  • 2- tbsp chopped nuts


  • Cream -250 gm


  • 3 tbs- icing sugar


  • for chocolate sauce-1/2 cup chocolate chips


  • 1- cup cream


  • 1 tbs-Condensed milk

Directions

  • Take pudding glass or bowl
  • Crushed the cake
  • In 1/4 cup milk add 1/4 tsp vanilla extract ,coco powder,mix well and spread on crushed cake,leave for 15 minutes
  • In double boiler or microwave melt chocolate chips,and add condensed milk in it
  • Stir well till well combined
  • Set aside to cool ,ur chocolate sauce is ready
  • Now prepare cream
  • In a large bowl beat cream with hand or atand mixture for 2_3 minutes
  • Add sugar and mix again until soft peaks
  • Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and sprig caramel in it
  • Mix well and keep in frige
  • Now time to assemble
  • Put cake crumble in glass or bowl
  • Press with spoon to level the layer
  • Pour chocolate sauce,spread over crumbs with knife
  • spread some nuts
  • Now spread cream layer
  • Repeat the same process
  • on top Garnish shredded chocolate and nuts
  • Keep in refrigerator for few hours
  • Enjoy
