In a mixing bowl add sugar , ghee , yoghurt and give it a mix. Now in the same bowl add amaranth flour , baking powder , vanilla essence and combine together.
Add milk little by little and make a smooth batter. Next sprinkle nuts and combine.
Grease the tin and preheat the pan. Pour the bater and bake the cake for 45 minutes.
When its done check with toothpick and allow the cake to cool completely.
Now dust some powdered sugar and decorate the cake with nuts.
Slice the cake and serve.
