Ingredients

  • For Vanilla Cake:All Purpose Flour 1 cups


  • Baking Powder 3/4 tsp


  • Salt 1/4 tsp


  • Egg 3 nos


  • Sugar 1 cups


  • Warm Milk 1/2 cups


  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp


  • Oil 1/2 cups


  • For Sugar Syrup:Sugar 3/4 cups


  • Water 3/4 cups


  • For frosting: whipping cream 2 cups


  • For chocolate ganache: White chocolate 100 gms


  • Fresh cream 200 ml


  • Dark chocolate 100 gms


  • Fresh cream 200 ml


  • blue colour 1 drop

Directions

  • For frosting:Beat whipping cream with 3/4cup sugar powder until it becomes soft peaks.
  • for vannila cake- Preheat the oven to 180-degree c.
  • Sieve dry ingredients (flour,baking powder,salt) ,keep it aside. Beat egg with sugar until fluffy, add oil and vanilla ,beat slowly.
  • Add half of the flour mix with half warm milk, beat it in a medium speed. Next add remaining flour mix with milk,just until combined.
  • Pour in to prepared pan and bake it 180dgree c for 25-30min.
  • for chocolate cake- preheat the oven to 180 degee c.Sieve dry ingredients(flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,salt) ,keep it aside.
  • Beat egg with sugar until fluffy, add oil and vanilla ,beat slowly. Add half of flour mix with half warm milk,beat it in a medium speed.
  • next add remaining flour mix with milk,just until combined.pour in to prepared pan and bake it 180dgree c for 25-30min.
  • for ganache: Heat 200ml fresh cream and pour over the chopped white chocolate, do not stir it, keep it 2-3 min.after mix it well.
  • Allow it cool.Again heat fresh cream and pour over the chopped dark chocolate, do not stir it, keep it 2-3 min.after mix it well. Allow it cool.
  • To assemble: Cut each cake horizontally to make layers,(u can make four layers,here I made three layer cake)place vanilla cake layer on tray,apply some sugar syrup then spread with whipped cream.
  • next chocolate cake layer,apply sugar syrup,after spread with whipped cream ,next spread 2-3tbsp dark chocolate ganache top of it .
  • gain vanilla cake ,place it over the chocolate cake layer,apply sugar syrup,now cover all over the cake with remaining whipped cream gradually and uniformly.
  • Refrigerate it atleast 1-2 hours,next pour the white chocolate ganache over the cake carefully,after drop or decorate with dark chocolate ganache .keep it in fridge until your ready to serve,enjoy.
  • add some blue colour in white ganache and decorate using that.
