In a jar take butter(room temperature)
Beat 2_3 minutes
Add condensed milk in it ,beat the mixture until fluffy
Seive all dry ingredients,maida, Bakin soda, baking powder,cocoa powder
Now add dry ingredients in butter mixture
Mix with spatula until well combined
Now add hazalnut flour,nutella,soda water,sprig vanilla in the batter
Pour the batter in greased baking tin
Tap the tin 2-3 times
Put in preheated oven
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Meanwhile assemble all ingredients for icing
In a bowl mix cream and sugar with beater
Or hand mixer or stand mixture
Till soft peaks formed
Add vanilla extract ,1 tsp nutella,and roasted curshed hazalnuts
Mix till combined
Remove cake from oven once cooked
Let it cool
Cut the cake in two halfs
Spread cream mixture evenly
Cover with other half
Now spread remaining cream with knife
Decorate the cake with rocher, chocolate chips, crushed hazalnuts
