Sieve flour, baking powder twice . In a mixing bowl add oil , sugar , vanilla essence and yoghurt to make a smooth mixture.
Now pour dry ingredient into wet mixture and whisk very well.
Grease the tin and pour the bater. Preheat the pan for 10 minutes.
Place the tin and bake the cake for 45 minutes.
When its done check with toothpick. Allow the cake to cool down and then demould the cake.
Slice the cake into cubes and apply sugar syrup. Decorate the cake with candy floss and serve.
