Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Maida 1 cup

  • Eggs 2

  • Powder sugar 1/2cup

  • Vanilla essence 1/2tsp

  • Olive oil 1/2cup

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Milk 1cup

  • Coco powder 2tsp

  • Grated chocolate 4tsp

  • Cadbury gems 1 pouch small

  • Silver coated sugar balls 1tsp

Directions

    Take a bowl add maida,baking powder and coco powder seive keep a side.

    Take a another bowl add eggs,powder sugar and olive oil mix and beated.

    Take a maida bowl add egg batter and mix well then add little milk and mix make a lumps free batter.

    Take a pressure cooker add water and set ring mould.

  • 05

    Take a cake tin greased with oil pour cake batter tap it .

  • 06

    Then cake tin set in cooker and cover with lid but not whistle in slow heat.

  • 07

    After 45 minutes check the cake knief is clean so cake is steamed.

    Then cake demould and melted chocolate spread garnish sliver balls and gems.
