All purpose flour 1 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa powder 1 cup
Butter, melted and cooled 1 cup
White sugar powder 1 cup
Brown sugar 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 4tsp
Eggs (room temperature) 4
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dark chocolate chunks 1 1/2 cup
In a large bowl combine melted butter, oil and both sugars. Further add the eggs, vanilla essence and salt then whisk for about one minute until evenly combined and light in color.
Over the same bowl sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Gently fold them until just combined (do not over mix it). Fold in half of the chocolate chunks.
Pour the batter into the baking bowl. Top it up with the remaining chocolate chunks.
Pre - heat the oven @ 180°c and bake it for about 35-40mins.
Before demoulding it slice them into ur desired shape.
Best Served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries.
