First of all we need to bake our butterscotch sponge.
Preheat the oven at 180 Degree for 10 minutes or preheat the cooker on low flame for 10 minutes.
In a big bowl add malai and sugar mix well and keep aside.
In another bowl sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda and keep aside.
Now mix the sugar amd cream batter add butterscotch essence and half of the milk and mix well.
Add flour mixture and rest of milk gradually and ake a smooth batter.
Pour the ready batter in a greased 7 inch cake tin. Tap well to avoid air bubbles.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes or untill toothpick comes out clean.
Cool down the cake completely before icing.
Now 8n whipped cream add 2-3 tblspns of butterscotch essence and mix well.
Cut the cake in 3 layers.
Soak 1st cake layer with some sugar syrup and apply butterscotch whipped cream evenly.
Put some praline over the cream and cover with the second cake layer.
Repeat the same process.
Now put the last cake layer and cover the cake completely with cream.
Make design using whipped cream and pour some butterscotch sauce over the cake.
Decorate with praline and your cake is ready.
Keep in the fridge at for 1 hour before cutting and serving.
