Take 2 cups rawa,two cups dahi(curd),two cups sugar and mix together.
Add milk, vanilla essence and mix till you reach falling consistency
Keep it aside for 30 minutes
Add baking soda 5 minutes before cooking it.
Pour batter in cake tin and place it on a fry pan. Cook over high flame and cover it with lid.
Cake is done in 10 minutes.
I have Baked the cake in mugs for 5-10 minutes but this cake tastes best when cooked over gas stove.
