  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 1 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp rose water

  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • 1 tbsp sprig's curcumin honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease and flour inch pan.
  • Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine sugar, honey, oil, eggs and orange zest and vanilla essence. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the orange juice, mixing just until incorporated. Pour batter into the greased pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
  • Take whipped cream and add 2-3 tsp sprig's curcumin honey and mix well. Spread this mixture on top of the cake.
  • Take curcumin honey , dip a spoon in it and pour it on the cake making design.
  • Cut the cake into small pieces and serve. You can skip the use of whipped cream and pour 3 tbsp honey glaze on the prepared cake.
