Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Whole wheat 120 gm


  • Suger 110 gm


  • Egg 3


  • Beet root 1/2 cup grinded


  • Bottle guard 1/2 cup grinded


  • Baking powder 1 tsp


  • Oil 90 ml


  • Sprig gourmet essence 1 tsp

Directions

  • Take a bowl add egg and oil batter it well.Add spriggourmet essence mixed it well.
  • Add whole wheat and baking powder .
  • Now divide into two part .
  • One part add bottle guard and mixed it well.
  • Other part add beet root and mixed it wel
  • Take maffins mould and grease it with oil .
  • Add 1 tsp bottle guard batter.
  • Again add 1 tsp beet root batter.
  • Do it 3/4 layer.and mixed the batter.
  • Take a kodai keep maffin mould for 25 minutes with low flame .
  • Remove it.
  • Serve with chocolade sauce
