Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Whole wheat 120 gm

  • Suger 110 gm

  • Egg 3

  • Beet root 1/2 cup grinded

  • Bottle guard 1/2 cup grinded

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Oil 90 ml

  • Sprig gourmet essence 1 tsp

Directions

    Take a bowl add egg and oil batter it well.Add spriggourmet essence mixed it well.

    Add whole wheat and baking powder .

  • 03

    Now divide into two part .

    One part add bottle guard and mixed it well.

    Other part add beet root and mixed it wel

    Take maffins mould and grease it with oil .

  • 07

    Add 1 tsp bottle guard batter.

  • 08

    Again add 1 tsp beet root batter.

    Do it 3/4 layer.and mixed the batter.

    Take a kodai keep maffin mould for 25 minutes with low flame .

  • 11

    Remove it.

  • 12

    Serve with chocolade sauce
