Preheat oven to 170 Degree Celsius.
Oil baking tray & dust with flour.
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Mix sugar to the flour mixture
Mix oil, buttermilk, vanilla in a bowl.
Make a well in the flour mixture & then add the oil mix.
Add coffee powder & hot water to the batter &mix.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 30 to 40 mins.
Remove & cool for 15 mins.
Decorate it with frosting & sprinklers.
