Firstly Prepare the batter for star pattern. You can use the star template I've used or make your own.
Slightly grease a (10x10cm) baking sheet. Add the star pattern paper and add a parchment paper on top.
Grease the paper with very little butter
In a medium bowl,sieve 1/2 cup all purpose flour,2 drops red food colour ,1/2 tsp baking soda 2-3 times to aerate the flour.keep aside.
Mix1/4 cup butter,1tbsp sugar,1/2 tsp baking powder,1 tsp strawberry extract well.add the above mixture of flour in batches and mix well...
Place the batter into a piping bag or small bottle fit with a small plain tip.
Gently pipe stars onto the parchment paper. Freeze the baking sheet until you prepare the sponge chocolate cake batter for about 15-20 minutes.
In a medium bowl,sieve 1 cup all purpose flour,1/4 cup cocoa powder ,1/2 tsp baking soda 2-3 times to aerate the flour.keep aside.
Mix1/2 cup butter,1tbsp sugar,1 tsp baking powder,1 tsp vanilla extract,1 tsp chocolate syrup well.add the above mixture of flour in batches and mix well...
Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet over the frozen stars and spread evenly into the corners using the back of the spatula.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Flip the cake over the paper. Remove the parchment paper it was baked with. Flip again so that star print is at the base..
Whip the cream with the beater till you get soft peaks..add tuity fruity,strawberry syrup in it and mix well.
Spread a thick layer of cream in the base.arrange slices of strawberries on the cream..
Cut the cake cream base horizontally and vertically..flip a layer on the layer of first so that it forms sandwich..(star print comes on the top)
Garnish it with strawberries and serve cold after 30 min.
