  • All purpose flour ( maida) - 1 cup Icing Sugar - 3/4 cup Oil - 3/4 cup Curd - 3/4 cup Milk - 2-3 tbsp or as required Salt a pinch Baking soda - 1/4 tsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Rose essence - 1/2 tsp

    Sift dry ingredients at least thrice. Grease cake tin n dust with flour. Remove extra flour. Preheat oven at 180 °C for 10 mins. In a mixing bowl take curd , oil , sugar n essence. Mix well n blend it till smoothens. Now mix dry ingredients little by little and blend it with electric beater. Don't over beat. Now divide batter into 2 parts. Now take cake tin....pour spoonful of white batter then over that red batter. Repeat this pattern till end. Now with the help of tooth pick make design of ur choice. Bake it at 180°C for 30- 35 mins. When done ck it with wooden stick. If comes out clear . Ur cake is baked. Let it cool in wirerack for 5- 10 mins. Cut into desired shapes. Enjoy delicious super soft Rosy cake.
