Carrot caramel cake : Ingredients : Suji/semolina - 2 tbsp Maida - 1/2 cup Curd- 3/4 cup Grated carrots - 1cup Milk - 3 tbsp Icing sugar - 3/4 cup Oil - 3 tsp Baking soda -1/2 tsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Chopped nuts - 1/2 cup (as per ur requirement) Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Directions
Carrot cake
Preheat ur oven at 180° for 10 mins.
In a mixing bowl take curd/yogurt n icing sugar n beat it.
Then add oil mix it well.
Sift maida, suji, baking powder & soda into it.
Beat it with beater or mix it by cut n fold method by adding milk . ( Ck consistency )
Add carrots n vanilla essence n lemon juice. Mix well.
Add chopped nuts n
Grease baking tin or u can use parchment paper. Shift batter to mould n bake it at 180° for 25- 30 mins.
When done do ck it by inserting toothpick.
Keep it on wirewreck for 10 mins.
Cut into desired shape n enjoy😄
