For soaking : Minimum for 3 days or can b soaked for 2-3 months also. Cashews - 1/2 cup Almonds - 1/2 cup Walnuts - 1/2 cup Raisins - 1/2 cup Prunes - 1/2 cup Cranberry - 1/2 cup Dates - 1/2 cup Dried Apricots - 1/2 cup Dry dates - 1/2 cup Tuti fruiti - 1cup mix colour Cherries - 1/2 cup Wine - 500 ml Spices : Cardamom - 1 /2 tsp Cinnamon - 1 tsp Dry ginger powder - 1 tsp Maida - 1 cup Buttermilk - 1/2 cup Brown sugar - 3/4 cup Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp Oil - 1/2 cup Vallina essence - 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract - 2 drops Baking powder - 1tsp Baking soda - 1/4 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp
For Garnish : Cashews , Almonds n Pistachios - 1/2 cup Tuti fruiti - 1/4 cup
Directions
Grease baking tray n dust some flour n put parchment paper. Preheat oven at 180° for 10 mins. Sift all dry ingredients thrice. Keep aside. Now in a bowl take brown sugar n oil. Mix well with beater till smoothens . Add vanilla essence n extract. Mix well. Add dry ingredients in 2-3 parts n mix well with help of spatula. Add butter milk in portions to make smooth batter. Add soaked nuts n berries. Mix well. Shift in baking tin. Tap twice n sprinkle nuts n Tuti fruiti. Bake it at 180°c for 40 mins. When done take out on wire wrack for 10 mins. Cut into desired pieces.
