Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • All Purpose Floor 1 ½ cup


  • Coco Powder ¼ cup


  • Milk 1 ¼ cup (250 ml)


  • Baking Soda 1 tsp


  • Vinegar 1 – 2 tbsp


  • Powdered Sugar 1 ¾ cup


  • Oil ½ cup


  • Sprig Vanilla Extract 1 tsp


  • Walnut ¼ cup


  • Cake tin rectangular or square 8 inch.

Directions

  • Line the mold properly with butter paper or brown paper as the brownie is very sticky and gooey.
  • Pre-heat the oven at 18O C.
  • Sift Dry ingredients together – All purpose flour, Coco Powder, Powdered Sugar, Baking Soda in a big mixing bowl.
  • 4. Mix luke warm milk and vinegar .
  • Add Oil and milk along with its water and essence now. Mix well but we don’t have to beat it like a proper cake.
  • Bake at 180o C for 40 minutes
  • 7. Cool and cut into squares.
