Line the mold properly with butter paper or brown paper as the brownie is very sticky and gooey.
Pre-heat the oven at 18O C.
Sift Dry ingredients together – All purpose flour, Coco Powder, Powdered Sugar, Baking Soda in a big mixing bowl.
4. Mix luke warm milk and vinegar .
Add Oil and milk along with its water and essence now. Mix well but we don’t have to beat it like a proper cake.
Bake at 180o C for 40 minutes
7. Cool and cut into squares.
