Firstly grate the pumpkin and keep aside. Now in a large mixing bowl add oil, powdered sugar , yoghurt , grated pumpkin, vanilla essence and whisk very well.
Now sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda thrice.
Pour dry ingredient into wet mixture laddle by laddle. Incorporate together to make a batter. Add condensed milk to make a perfect and smooth batter.
Meanwhile preheat the pan for 10 minutes and grease the tin with butter and dust flour.
Pour the batter and tap twice. Now bake the cake for 45 minutes. When its done check with toothpick and allow the cake to cool completely.
Now demould the cake and slice the cake.
Now serve the cake and enjoy.
