Preheat the oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda 2-3 times and keep aside.
Take condensed milk in a bowl and beat with electric beater.
Make powdered sugar from granulated sugar.
Add powered sugar, oil, spinach puree and sprig vanilla to the condensed milk mixture and beat again for 3-4 minutes.

Fill muffin cups 1/4 with this batter.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180C.
