Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 1 cup


  • Sugar 1/4 cup granulated


  • Baking powder 1 tsp


  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp


  • Condensed milk 200 ml


  • Oil 1/4 cup


  • Spinach puree 1/4 cup


  • Sprig All Natural vanilla essence 1 tsp


  • White chocolate compound 50 gram


  • Heavy cream 25 gram


  • Sugar stars 2 tsp for decoration


  • Edible green color 1 drop


  • Cuocake liners 6

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
  • Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda 2-3 times and keep aside.
  • Take condensed milk in a bowl and beat with electric beater.
  • Make powdered sugar from granulated sugar.
  • Add powered sugar, oil, spinach puree and sprig vanilla to the condensed milk mixture and beat again for 3-4 minutes.
  • Now add the dry ingredients into wet and mix with a rubber spatula in cut and fold method.
  • Fill muffin cups 1/4 with this batter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180C.
  • Your cakes are ready when a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool the cupcakes on a wire rack.
  • Now chop the chocolate.
  • Heat cream and pour it over the chopped chocolate.
  • Wait until the chocolate melts. mix the edible green colour.
  • Now mix properly and pour over the cooled cupcakes.
  • Decorate with sugar stars.
  • Serve your yummy spinach cuocakes.
