Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 spoon orange zest

  • 1 /4cup oil

  • 1/3cup butter milk

  • 1teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1/2cup sugar powder

  • Orange food colour 1/2spoon

  • 1 teaspoon vineger

  • Whipped cream 2 cups

Directions

    Sieve all purpose flour baking powder baking soda.

    Then sieve powder sugar.mix well

  • 03

    Then add orange juice oil orange zest butter milk .mix well

    Then add vinger orange food colour vanilla essence make a batter with milk

    Grease with oil and Dust the tin.

    Poure batter in dusted tin

    Preheat the pressure cooker

  • 08

    Put the tin in cooker and Bake the cake for 30 min

  • 09

    Check with tooth pick.

    Cool the cake and demould it

    Cut the layer in to 2 layers.

    Beat the whipping cream.

    beat Till the peak is form

  • 14

    Add pinch of orange colour in craem

  • 15

    The decorte with cream on both the layer.

  • 16

    With the nozzle make a roses on all cake.

    Orange cake is ready for serving.
