Wheat flour -1.25cups
Vanilla custard powder 1/4th cup
Baking powder -1tsp
Condensed milk -3/4 th cup or 1cup
Butter softened - 1/4 cup
Pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon se bhi kam
Almond essence -3 - 4 drops
Vanilla essence -1.5tsp
Chopped dry fruit 5-6 tablespoons
preheat oven @ 150degree.
Greece the cake baking tin and dust with flour.
Sift flour cornflour baking powder baking soda salt , 3 to 4 times n keep it aside.
In a bowl add softened butter condensed milk, beat well with hand mixer.
Stir in milk curd vanilla essence almond essence and mix well.
To this, fold in flour in 2 batches if the batter is thick add little milk n mix. Pour the batter into the prepared tin, put chopped dry fruit on top and bake it in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
