Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Wheat flour -1.25cups

  • Vanilla custard powder 1/4th cup

  • Baking powder -1tsp

  • Baking soda-1/2tsp

  • Condensed milk -3/4 th cup or 1cup

  • Butter softened - 1/4 cup

  • Pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon se bhi kam

  • Almond essence -3 - 4 drops

  • Vanilla essence -1.5tsp

  • Curd-1/2 cup

  • Milk-1/2 cup

  • Chopped dry fruit 5-6 tablespoons

Directions

    preheat oven @ 150degree.

  • 02

    Greece the cake baking tin and dust with flour.

    Sift flour cornflour baking powder baking soda salt , 3 to 4 times n keep it aside.

    In a bowl add softened butter condensed milk, beat well with hand mixer.

  • 05

    Stir in milk curd vanilla essence almond essence and mix well.

  • 06

    To this, fold in flour in 2 batches if the batter is thick add little milk n mix. Pour the batter into the prepared tin, put chopped dry fruit on top and bake it in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
