Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 2 cup Maida


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1 cup olive oil


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 4 eggs


  • 2-3 drops of rose essence


  • 2 tbsp Thandai powder


  • Mix dry fruits 3-4 tablespoons

Directions

  • Sieve maida n baking powder together. Keep aside. 
  • Beat eggs add sugar n oil, again beat well. 
  • Add essence n thandai powder, again beat well. 
  • Now add the sieved maida baking powder mixture slowly slowly.Mix well.
  • Lastly mix dry fruits in it.(No need to put on top). 
  • Pre-heat the oven at 220degrees for 15-20minuets. 
  • Now greece the aluminum cake tin, put batter inside n bake it for 15-20 minutes at same 220degrees. 
  • Cut n Serve.
