2 cup Maida
1 cup sugar
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
2-3 drops of rose essence
2 tbsp Thandai powder
Mix dry fruits 3-4 tablespoons
Sieve maida n baking powder together. Keep aside.
Beat eggs add sugar n oil, again beat well.
Add essence n thandai powder, again beat well.
Now add the sieved maida baking powder mixture slowly slowly.Mix well.
Lastly mix dry fruits in it.(No need to put on top).
Pre-heat the oven at 220degrees for 15-20minuets.
Now greece the aluminum cake tin, put batter inside n bake it for 15-20 minutes at same 220degrees.
Cut n Serve.
