Whole Wheat Carrot Bundt Cake

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup

  • Granulated sugar 1 cup

  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon

  • Egg 1

  • Milk 1/4 cup

  • Refined oil 1/4 cup

  • Sprig all natural vanilla extract 1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate compound 100 gram

  • Roasted pistachios and almonds chopped 2 tsp

  • Carrot grated 1/2 cup

  • Bundt pan 1


  • Preheat oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
  • Sieve whole wheat flour and baking powder 2-3 times and keep aside.
  • Beat the egg with an electric beater until fluffy.
  • Make powdered sugar from granulated sugar.
  • Add this powdered sugar, oil, milk and sprig all natural vanilla extract and beat again for 3 minutes.
  • Now add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and beat again. Now add the grated carrot and mix again.
  • Pour the batter in the greased bundt pan.
  • Now bake the cake at 180C for 30 minutes. As each oven is different so please be careful.
  • Cool the cake on the wire rack.
  • Melt the chocolate in double boiler.
  • Now pour the melted chocolate on the bundt cake.
  • Decorate with chopped pistachio and almonds.
  • Let the chocolate set.
  • Cut and enjoy your healthy bundt cake.
