Preheat oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
Sieve whole wheat flour and baking powder 2-3 times and keep aside.
Beat the egg with an electric beater until fluffy.
Make powdered sugar from granulated sugar.
Add this powdered sugar, oil, milk and sprig all natural vanilla extract and beat again for 3 minutes.
Now add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and beat again. Now add the grated carrot and mix again.
Pour the batter in the greased bundt pan.
Now bake the cake at 180C for 30 minutes. As each oven is different so please be careful.
Cool the cake on the wire rack.
Melt the chocolate in double boiler.
Now pour the melted chocolate on the bundt cake.
Decorate with chopped pistachio and almonds.
Let the chocolate set.
