Sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda together and keep aside.
Beat butter and powdered sugar together well till it turn soft and fluffy.
Add black Currant Crush and mix well.
Add the flour and using cut and fold method mix thoroughly.
Bake in a well greased cake pan in pre heated oven at 180 ℃ for 25 minutes or till done.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes and then remove from pan and cool on wire rack till cold.
Beetroot Cream Cheese Frosting : Beat all the ingredients together in a mixer and can be piped but we can also spoon the frosting on and tidy it with a palette knife.
Cut n place fresh fruits over cake n sprinkle powdered sugar over them
Keep it in fridge for 30 mins before serving.
