  • All purpose flour 1 cup

  • Butter 1/2 cup

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup

  • Baking powder 1 tbs

  • Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs

  • Chopped mixed dry fruits 1/2 cup


  • Sieve flour, baking powder twice. In a mixing bowl add melted butter , sugar , condensed milk and vanilla essence. Mix very well to make a smooth bater.
  • Now grease the tin with oil and dust flour. Preheat the pan for 10 minutes.
  • Add mixed chopped dry fruits and combine the bater by adding little amount of milk.
  • Pour the bater and tap twice. Bake the cake for 45 minutes in low flame.
  • Allow the cake to cool and demould the cake.
  • Now cut the cake and serve.
