Ingredients

Serves 16

  • 2 cup maida

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup hung curd

  • 140 grams butter

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Pineapple essence 2_3 drops

  • Dark chocolate 500 gram

  • Fresh cream 200 gram

  • Fondant 300 gram

Directions

    Mix all dry ingredients

  • 02

    Add sugar butter and curd and beat well

  • 03

    Until it becomes fluffy and light weight

  • 04

    Add all dry ingredients and mix well

  • 05

    Add essence and mix well

  • 06

    Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 minutes

    Add the cake batter in 9 inch dusted pan

  • 08

    Bake for 50 minutes at 180 degree

  • 09

    After 50 minutes check the cake with toothpick

  • 10

    Let it cool

  • 11

    Make the ganache using cream and chocolate

  • 12

    Now apply cooled gamache on the cake and keep it in the fridger for 30 minutes

    Mean while add needed colours to the fondant

  • 14

    Cover the cool cake with the fondant

  • 15

    Apply all figure on the cake

  • 16

    Your cake is ready
