Ingredients

Serves : 16
  • 2 cup maida


  • 1 1/2 cup sugar


  • 140 grams of butter


  • 1 cup hung curd


  • 1 tsp soda


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • Blueberry essence 2-4 drops


  • Blueberry crush 3 tbsp


  • Whipped cream 400 grams


  • Cone 1


  • Cake crumb 1 bowl


  • Dark chocolate 1/2 cup


  • Fresh cream 1/4 cup

Directions

  • First sieve the flour ,baking powder and baking soda
  • Beat the sugar,butter and curd well
  • Now add dry ingredients and mix well and beat until it becomes fluffy and light weight
  • Add essence
  • Add the mixture in 2 dusted 6 inch pan
  • Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree
  • Bake the cake for 50 minutes at 180 degree
  • After 50 minutes check the cake with toothpick. If it comes clear then cake is ready otherwise put for another 5 minutes
  • Let it cool.
  • Now cut each cake in 2 layers
  • Put a part of the sponge cake on the cake board.
  • Apply whipped cream
  • And now spread blueberry crush.
  • Repeat the procedure with another layers.
  • Now first crumb coat the cake
  • Now apply whipped cream and cover well
  • Now in microwave melt chocolate and cream
  • Mix well
  • Let it cool
  • Now pour the chocolate ganche on the cake.
  • Now mix cake crumb and a little cream and make a ball
  • Dip the ball in ganache and put in the fridger for 5 minutes.
  • Now put the ball on the cake
  • Set the cone on the ball using melted chocolate
  • Your cake is ready
