Ingredients
Serves 12
Shredded coconut-180gm
Granulated sugar - 2 tbsp
Coconut milk-1/4 cup
Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
dark Chocolate -100 gm(room temperature)
Roasted almonds -1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven at 180 'c
Line baking tray with parchment paper
In a bowl combine the shredded coconut ,sugar and milk
Mix with spatulla until the shredded coconut is fully coated and the mixture comes together in a sticky wet batter
Using a sppon scoop the coconut mixture in to ur hands and form in to a ball
Place the coconut balls onto your baking tray
Gently press each cookie down to form a small round as they do not spread while baking
Bake cookies for 18-20 min
Or till golden brown in colour
In microwave or by double boiler method melt chocolate
Dip the cool cooking one by one and spread roasted chopped nuts
