Sieve flour baking soda, salt and cocoa powder. Keep it aside
Preheat oven to 150, line cake tin
In a bowl, mix water, oil and sugar well. Add vinegar and vanilla extract. Whisk together
Slowly add dry ingredients and whisk until well combined. Pour batter into cake tin. Bake for 45 minutes until done
Allow the cake to cool for 15 minutes, demould and keep it aside
Warm the cream, pour it over dark chocolate. Allow to sit for a minute. Mix well. Now pour this over the cake. While cutting and serving the cake should be at room temperature to enjoy the rich flavour of Ganache
