Mix water in a jam and keep aside
Mix sugar and butter till fluffy
Add vanilla essence and milk and mix it
Add flour in batches and knead a dough
Wrap the dough in cling foil and keep in fridge for 20 min
After 20 min take out the dough from fridge
Take a lemon size portion from the dough and make a ball and make a impression with thumb
Fill 3/4 portion of impression with jam and bake it in microwave at 170° for 10 minutes
Cool on wire rack and enjoy with tea
