First mustard, spinach, fenugreek leaves pour the pan and boil for 15 minutes.
Now pour the boiled greens along with stock and besan, green chillies, lime juice in blender. Blend till smooth
In another pan with oil and pureed green. Simmer for a good 10 minutes
In another pan, heat the ghee
Now Add chopped onions fry 3-5 min.
After a minute add garlic and ginger paste. Saute for 2 minutes..
Now add tomatoes and saut a minute.. Add chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, asafoetida saut for 3 min..
Now Add prepared saag with cumin, mustard seeds and sweet corn, salt.. Stir and simmer for a couple of minutes..
SAAG is ready serve hot.. Garnish with onion
