Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • Maida-250 gm
  • Butter-250 gm
  • Powder sugar-60 gm
  • Sprig Vanilla -1 tsp

Directions

  • In a large bowl beat the butter with hand mixer or mixer for 2 -3 minutes,until fluffy
  • Add powder sugar mix for another 12 minutes until white and fluffy
  • Add sprig vanilla.
  • Now add maida gradually with spatula until well combined
  • Take alarge piping bag,put a big star nozzel, pipe shells on the baking tray lined with butter paper.
  • Bake for 20 min in a preheated oven at 180'c until golden
  • Remove from oven
  • Allow to cool on the tray naturally
