Sieve flour and milk powder 3times.
Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder , sugar Powder in it and mix well. Then add milk powder in it and mix it well again.
Now start adding milk to mixture in order to avoid lumps and make a blended paste.
Once the paste is made, add sprig gourmet vanilla extract to it and now mix it then add oil and mix it well enough checking the consistency of the batter.
Now take half batter into another mould and add purple color in it with 2 drops of bubble gum essence and add pink color to another half and 2 drops of bubble gum essence mix them well.
Transfer the batter one by one into the dusted and greased mould.
Now keep the mould inside the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Check with the help of the toothpick if properly baked, if it comes out clean then remove the mould from the oven.
Your bubble double cake is ready, demould once cooled.
Cut into desired shape and serve.
