Oil - 1tbsp
2cup -Rice
1tsp - Chopped ginger garlic
2tsp- salt
2 tsp - green chillies
1tsp - cumin seed
1 tsp -cumin & coriander powder
1tsp - Turmeric powder
1 cup - Onion
1cup -Green onion
1 cup - Capsicum
1cup - Tomatoes
1 cup -Green peas
1cup - Carrot
1 cup- Beans
Directions
Take a pan heat it add oil add Cumin seeds,ginger garlic, chopped green chillies, onion,carrot, capsicum,beans mix & fry it well.
Add turmeric powder, Cumin powder, corinder powder,salt,sugar mix it well.
Add cooked rice mix it well. Serve it hot.
