Maida 2 cups
Oil 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
Milk 3/4 cup or as required as per consistency
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
For icing and decoration :-Strawberry crush 2-3 tablespoon
1 small bowl whipped Cream
Karonda for garnish 1 pc
Chocolate glaze caramel 2-3 tablespoon
Baby pink food colour 1/4 teaspoon to be mixed with whipped cream so as to make a beautiful pink colour whipped cream
Neutral Jelly 2-3 tablespoon, add a drop of same baby pink food colour to this also, so as to make a beautiful baby pink colour jelly
Sugar water syrup 2-3 tablespoon
Beat the eggs and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and oil.
Add the sieved flour with baking powder alternating with milk and fold it well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 50 minutes.
When it beeps take out and cool well
Cut the cake using sharp knife into two layers,Sprinkle sugar water to it, spread whipped cream and strawberry crush, place the other layer on the top of this and do the same.
Cover the cake with whipped cream all over, decorate with pink jelly and chocolate glazed caramel, using toothpick make a design, top it with karonda
