1 cup all purpose flour, 1cup powder sugar, 1table spoon cocoa powder,5whole egg, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1tsp vanilla essence, 2 table spoon castor oil,
For filling : whipped cream and 1/2 cup fruits as per choice
For decorating :2cup ganache and fondant accents
First sieve all the dry ingredients like soft, salt, bp, cocoa powder. Keep a side. In a bowl take eggs and few drops of lemon . Start beating with hand mixer till it double the mixture and add powder sugar slowly till it makes stiff peaks. Then add dry ingredients into 2 parts mix thoroughly with spatula using cut and fold method do not over mix. Bake this rectangle shaped tin lined up with parchment paper in a preheat oven at 180 degrees temperature for 12-15 minutes
2: once baked and invert it onto damp cloth .tightly roll and refrigerate it for 1/2 hour . Nw take 150 gm non diary whipping cream and whip it till stiff peaks. Take out the chocolate roll into the fridge and spread the whipped cream on chocolate roll at inner side and spread some fruit also and again roll out the chocolate roll very carefully and keep it in a fridge for 1 hour.
After that keep out from fridge and pour ganache on cake roll and design with fork just like a log and cut it from one side make a shape of log as seen in pic. And sprinkles some icing sugar on it and decorate with fondant accents.
