  • Maida-220 gm

  • Butter-100 gm

  • sprig natural bourbonVanilla extract-1 tsp

  • Baking powder-1 tsp

  • Baking soda-1 tsp

  • Rabri-1 cup(homemade or readymade)

  • 4 medium size custard apple pulp

  • Whipping cream 200 gm

  • Sugar_1 tbso

  • Water 1 tbsp

  • Condensed milk-400 gm

  • Milk-80 ml


  • Preaheat microwave oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
  • Greece cake tin
  • Sieve all dry ingredients like maida,baking powder and baking soda
  • In a bowl mix butter and condensed milk until fluffy
  • Add dry ingredients in wet ingredients.mix until well combined.
  • Add vanilla,and milk inthe batter,mix well
  • Pour batter in microwave safe bowl
  • Tap cake tin for removing air bubble
  • Bake 20 -25 min
  • Remove from microwave oven and place on a wire rack to cool
  • Now in a pan put water and sugar,boil them till sugar dissolves.your sugar syrup is ready
  • Mix custard apple pulp in rabri,u can also use evaporated milk instead of rabri
  • Cut the cake in to two pieces
  • Spread sugar syrup evenly
  • Nowin a bowl with the help of stand mixer or hand mixer whipped cream,milkmaid ,and vanilla till soft peaks
  • Spread rabri mix on cake
  • And now spread whipped cream
  • Cover the cake with another piece
  • Spread cream all over with knife and garnish with mustard apple pulp
  • Enjoy ur cake is ready
