Preaheat microwave oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
Greece cake tin
Sieve all dry ingredients like maida,baking powder and baking soda
In a bowl mix butter and condensed milk until fluffy
Add dry ingredients in wet ingredients.mix until well combined.
Add vanilla,and milk inthe batter,mix well
Pour batter in microwave safe bowl
Tap cake tin for removing air bubble
Bake 20 -25 min
Remove from microwave oven and place on a wire rack to cool
Now in a pan put water and sugar,boil them till sugar dissolves.your sugar syrup is ready
Mix custard apple pulp in rabri,u can also use evaporated milk instead of rabri
Cut the cake in to two pieces
Spread sugar syrup evenly
Nowin a bowl with the help of stand mixer or hand mixer whipped cream,milkmaid ,and vanilla till soft peaks
Spread rabri mix on cake
And now spread whipped cream
Cover the cake with another piece
Spread cream all over with knife and garnish with mustard apple pulp
Enjoy ur cake is ready
