Whole wheat flour 1 cup
Green cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel powder 1/3 teaspoon
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda 1/5 teaspoon
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Non-scented oil 1 tablespoon
Milk 1/3 cup
Sprig vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
Edible green colour 2 drops
For garnishing: coloured fennel seeds
First sieve flour, baking powder , powdered sugar and baking soda twice . Now add cardamom powder, fennel powder and vanilla extract. Mix nicely.
Now mix oil, green colour and milk till everything Incorporated nicely .
Start mixing liquid in dry ingredients in two batches.
Prepare batter of medium consistency, neither thick nor so runny.
Now pour ready batter in muffin moulds and bake for 2 minutes.
When done , demould and garnish with coloured fennel and whole cardamom .
Healthy and fragrant muffins are ready to serve.
