Fine semoline 1/2 cup
Butter 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar 1 cup
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs
Baking powder 1 tbs
Coco powder 1/2 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Orange juice 1/2 cup
Firstly grind the semolina into fine powder. Next sieve semolina, baking powder, coco powder and salt four times.
In a large mixing bowl pour condensed milk, melted butter , powdered sugar and vanilla essence. Whisk very well to make a smooth mixture and now add dry ingredient into wet mixture.
Combine together by using cut and fold method. Pour orange juice and make a smooth bater. Meanwhile grease the tin and preheat the pan for 10 minutes.
Now pour the bater and tap twice to relese air bubbles. Place the tin carefully and bake the cake for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes check if its done or not by inserting toothpick. Demould the brownies and allow it to cool completely.
Next cut the brownies in circular shape by using cookie cutter.
Decorate the brownies with Orange rinds and serve.
