Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Maida 2 cups


  • Powder Sugar 1 cup


  • Butter 100 gm


  • Milk 1 cup


  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp


  • Baking powder 1 tsp


  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp


  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp


  • Lemon zest 1/4 tsp


  • A pinch of Salt 1 chutki only


  • Mix coloured Tutti frutti 4-5 tbsps

Directions

  • Bring a big bowl,sieve maida,baking powder and baking soda.
  • Bring another bowl,add butter,sugar,milk,salt and mix it well.
  • Add the dry ingredients into butter mixture and mix well.
  • Add lemon juice,lemon zest,vanilla essence,mix it well.
  • Grease the mould with butter and add a butter paper.
  • Pour this batter into the mould,sprinkle some tutti frutti.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree.
  • Put the mould inside the oven and bake it about 40 minutes on 180 degree.
  • Now bring it out and cool it for 5-10 minutes. Cut and serve .
