Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Maida 2 cups

  • Powder Sugar 1 cup

  • Butter 100 gm

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Baking Soda 1/4 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

  • Lemon zest 1/4 tsp

  • A pinch of Salt 1 chutki only

  • Mix coloured Tutti frutti 4-5 tbsps

Directions

    Bring a big bowl,sieve maida,baking powder and baking soda.

    Bring another bowl,add butter,sugar,milk,salt and mix it well.

    Add the dry ingredients into butter mixture and mix well.

    Add lemon juice,lemon zest,vanilla essence,mix it well.

    Grease the mould with butter and add a butter paper.

    Pour this batter into the mould,sprinkle some tutti frutti.

    Preheat the oven at 180 degree.

    Put the mould inside the oven and bake it about 40 minutes on 180 degree.

    Now bring it out and cool it for 5-10 minutes. Cut and serve .
