Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Condensed milk - 397 gm.


  • Butter milk - 1/2 cup.


  • Olive oil - 1/4 cup.


  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.


  • Vinegar - 1 tsp.


  • Wheat flour - 2 cup.


  • Baking powder - 1 tsp.


  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp.


  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp.


  • Grated carrot - 1 cup.


  • Chopped almonds - 1 table spoon.


  • Raisins - 2 table spoon.

Directions

  • In a bowl, Sieve wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon powder.
  • In another bowl, add condensed milk, butter milk, olive oil, vanilla extract and vineger.
  • Whisk smooth.
  • Mix wheat flour mixture in it.
  • Add carrot, raisin and almonds in it. Mix well.
  • Don't over mix.
  • Transfer it in a greased cake tin.
  • Pet twice.
  • Preheat and bake 180℃ for 30 mins.
  • Cool completely.
  • Cut into thick slice.
  • Serve it.
