In a bowl, Sieve wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon powder.
In another bowl, add condensed milk, butter milk, olive oil, vanilla extract and vineger.
Whisk smooth.
Mix wheat flour mixture in it.
Add carrot, raisin and almonds in it. Mix well.
Don't over mix.
Transfer it in a greased cake tin.
Pet twice.
Preheat and bake 180℃ for 30 mins.
Cool completely.
Cut into thick slice.
Serve it.
